Welcome, Sam. I'm building an RV-8 in Winston-Salem, NC. Riveting the wing skeletons together now. You are familiar with the www.vansairforce.net site, no doubt. if not, check it out. A year or so ago there was a flap about homebuilding in Jacksonville - a city ordinance and an EAA legal skirmish. any update?

Sam,
Welcome to the RV builders group.
I'm just down the road from you at Spruce Creek (30 min in your Tripacer, 60
min by car). I have a Pacer (converted Tripacer) and I'm building a RV-8A.
Feel free to hop down anytime you like to talk airplanes.
I have very tools I'm willing to part with, but I have a few spare parts
that might interest you.
