Quite an accomplishment and as best known never been done before - in a single day. This is a real instrument approach in Darwin, Australia shared with me by a friend who is a professional helicopter pilot. To see the humor string the waypoint names together in the order in which they are flown and look for the "naughty" words to emerge. In a similar note at my home airport in Australia (YADL) there is a 4' teddy bear that is moved around to different spots in the airport. Last time I landed there it was sitting in a chair fishing out of ditch next to the runway.
