I'm looking for help for a relative trying to get from the Columbia, SC area
to St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands within the next week. One adult, three
kids, and one black lab. The airlines aren't working out for them because
of the dog, so they are looking at freelance or charter type options. Max
budget is $6000. Any creative ideas or leads would be appreciated.
