So far, so god.- I have had a couple of premature failure issues with a t
ach drive that failed and leaking crankshaft seal, but those are now-fixe
d.- I'm still flying without-gear fairings, but plan to put those on so
on.-

The short evenings makes finding-time for flying-during-work week-d
ifficult.- So far I have about ten hours on the airplane.- I-have a 4
0 hour phase one testing period so I will-tethered close to home for a wh
ile longer.-

I love the way-the airplane-handles.- Its nice to finally fly an airp
lane with some amount of climb performance and speed (compared to the C172
and PA-18 I had been flying).

I hope to be able to join in with the SERV fly-in activities as soon as my
Phase 1 is finished.
