Maurice, The best place for these types of answers is on the www.vansairforce.net forum. To answer your question: 1. Get the two halves to mate up. Just cleco them together for now. 2. Enlarge the wheel opening and carve them up so they fit over the wheel and gear leg. 3. Mark on the brackets were your screws are going to go with your Sharpe 4. Duck taped some wood blocks on top of the wheels to give them the proper height. 5. Get them lined up. (You may have to enlarge the wheel and gear leg holes.) 6. Drill through the wheel pants and brackets where your marks are. 7. Install platenutes as needed. (I think machine screws will come out.) 8. Once you have them positioned correctly, enlarge the wheel opening. (Search the Vansairforce.net forum on this, there is a good reason to have the opening larger than you think is necessary.) 9. Add plate nuts to the wheel pants to attach the front half. FYI - This is all detailed on the Orndorff videos. (Well done George.) I suggest you see if you can pick up a copy.
