I heard on the radio of an RV-6 accident today near Magnolia, N.C. Any
news?

Tailnumber ends with "RC" (can be seen in WRAL video).. and report says it
departed Wilmington.. there's only one HXB that departed KILM (right around
the time of accident) and it's N455RC

Report from friends @ ILM-a/c was from North, fuel stop in ILM. hit ground almost
vertical South of airport, wx. was awful. Surely IFR flt plan, but ceilings
were marginal.
