Flight Aware shows a track leaving ILM yesterday at 12:30pm. The track see
ms to stop close to Duplin County where the plane was located. The system
shows the plane was an experimental (HXB/A) registered (N455RC) to Kenneth
R. Hetzel of Yorkville=2C IL. Not sure how accurate this info is though.

Assuming the tail number was 455RC, then it was built by Richard Case in
2007 and apparently sold to Ken Hetzel of Yorkville, IL.
