You are receiving this email because you are pre-registered to attend the
free Savvy webinar "All About Tires" scheduled for tonight, Wednesday,
January 5th, 2011, starting at 6pm Pacific, 8pm Central, 9pm Eastern. This
email contains all the information you'll need to participate in the
webinar. Attached please find a copy of "Attending a Savvy Webinar" that
will provide you detailed instructions.
*BEFORE THE WEBINAR*
Please email your annual inspection-related questions that you'd like to see
addressed during the webinar to webinar@savvymx.com. Although you will have
the opportunity to submit questions during the webinar, pre-submission of
questions will be appreciated, and will assure that your questions are
addressed first during the Q&A portion of the webinar.
*JOINING THE WEBINAR*
The webinar meeting room URL is https://my.dimdim.com/savvyaviator. Please
join the webinar a few (up to 15) minutes prior to the scheduled start time
by pointing your web browser at that URL.
*When you first enter the webinar room, you will be prompted to enter three
items of information:*
- *Your email address.* Please enter the same email address you used to
pre-register.
- *Your meeting key (or attendee key).* Please enter the word "*inflation*"
(*IMPORTANT*: You will not be able to enter the room without this key!)
- *Your display name.* This is limited to 12 characters. Please enter your
first name, last initial, and the 4-character FAA type identifier of the
aircraft you own or fly. For example, "Mike B. C310" or "Jeff I. SR20" or
"Chris W. BE35".
Once you have entered the requested information, you will be admitted to the
meeting room. If you arrive before the presenter is ready to admit you, you
will be admitted to the meeting waiting area. If that occurs, please be
patient and you'll be automatically admitted to the main meeting room no
later than the scheduled webinar start time.
Please review the attached document for detailed instructions on the meeting
room layout and buttonology.
*DURING THE WEBINAR
*
This webinar will consist of two segments: a presentation lasting about 45
minutes, followed by a Q&A session lasting another 30 minutes (or until all
questions have been addressed). You may submit your questions before or
during the webinar by emailing them to webinar@savvymx.com. Pre-submission
of questions would be appreciated.
The presentation segment will consist of live audio and video plus a series
of visuals. Because we have 150+ participants pre-registered for the
webinar, we will be conducting it in "large meeting" mode and two-way
audio/video will be disabled (as it's simply not practical with a group of
this size). You will be able to communicate with the presenter via real-time
text chat in the meeting room, and also by email to webinar@savvymx.com.
IMPORTANT: Email is the preferred method for asking questions, as text chat
may scroll off before I see it.
The webinar will be recorded as a Flash movie, and the recording will be
available for playback within 24 hours after the webinar is over at
http://www.savvymx.com/webinar. (The recording of past webinars about oil,
cylinders, annuals, and EGT/CHT are there now, in case you missed them.)

disliked it), what you think I should do differently next time, and your
