Any RV or Rocket owners interested in racing your airplane at Reno next yea
r?
I raced mine this year and had a lot of fun. There will be at least four R
Vs racing next year - RV-6 Super Six, two RV-8s, and a RV-8A. We are looki
ng for more RV guys to race at Reno next year. Speeds were between 211 and
254 mph for the RVs this year. Minimum qualifying speed is 200.
We go there to have fun - not to win the gold. The gold was won by a Glasa
ir at 394 mph.
How many pilots do you know whose name is in the record books having raced
at Reno - even in last place? It is an opportunity you can't pass up,
We can join up and fly out in formation.
