You need to set the timing .and that is 30 to 32 degrees total advance at 4000
rpm.

Mykal states to set the timing on the Stratus EA-81 to 30 to 32 at 4,000 rpm.
My question is how?
The only markings I can see is the white dot on the rear pulley which aligns with
the red mark on the block that seems to indicate TDC.
