I had the same question a week or so ago. Here is the info I got from
Mykal's.
THEN USE A TIMING LITE WITH AN ADJUSTABLE ADVANCE ON IT .
SET AT 32 DEGREES AND REV ENG. TO APROX 4000 RPM ADJUST DIST TIMING SO THE
TIMING MARK ON THE PULLY LINES UP WITH THE CENTER OF THE TOP OF THE CASE
HAVES
WHEAR WE HAD A RED MARK.

Thanks for the info Hugh!
Can I ask why you had to do your timing, having problems or just checking
it?
Did the 32 deg at 4,000 rpm seem to set it about right?
