I have been using 92 Octane since day one (about 90 hours). Have never had a
kickback problem. Seems like 92 may be over kill as most of you seem to be
getting away with 89. Will try that.
I have always had a very slight vibration around 3000rpm but other wise very
smooth.
I now have about five hours after my rebuild and have a little more
vibration (over a wider range that is). Also have a bit of a miss at high
rpm and thing it is due to stale fuel. Will be draining it out next trip to
the airport.
Very little flying weather here now, extremely cold and windy!
