      Is anyone aware of any regular maintenance required on the carbs? I heard
      some one say a while back that the rubber diaphragms are supposed to be
      replaced every year. Has anyone done this?

      Mine have required nothing at 320 hours. I have heard of some who have checked
      the diaphragms and still okay as far as 750 hours or more.  HDS  TD  don

      Hugh,
      
      I have 300 hours and have not touched my carbs except last annual I pull
      the float bowls to see if there was any dirt (there was none).
      
      I think the people saying to change the diaphragms yearly are the ones who
      sell the diaphragms (they are not cheap)!!
      
      You should probably post this same question on the zenith list also since
      there are a lot of Rotax guys there with the same carbs.
