Andy,
I like this thermostat housing. One question though. My Stratus provided
has a bypass hose that goes back to the water pump. With the new hosing
you are using, how did you deal with the bypass?

workmanship. www.highwingllc.com/thermostat.html Uses a standard, I
believe, Ford style thermostat available at your local auto parts
store..

I plugged it. The thermostat has a bypass hole in the flange so that at leas
t a small amount of water can continue to circulate eliminating any hot spot
s. Takes a little longer to warm up on the cooler days, but I can live with t
hat. I also welded a boss on mine on the "hot" side for a temp sender so I c
an see actual water temp.
