Mike,
I dont have a tailwind, but on my Eagle, the holes are as Bill said, on
either side if the ribs, and there are no gromets, just a soldering iron
melted hole through a double layer of fabric. Obviously this isnt an
option if you are using cotton.
What system are you using?
