Hello Bryan.
Have you considered making a front mounting plate for use with your spinner
and rear backing plate? I have been looking in some catalogs for something
to use as a front plate for my Madden spinner. But I can't decide on what
appropriate diameter to select. After getting a front plate, I planned to
fashion a spacer to secure it to my hub approximately six inches ahead of
the rear plate.
