You can use about any automotive bulb that will fit in the space. One that works well is a tubular bulb with a loop sticking out each end. I forget the number but it is used in some dome lights. Heat it to 315-320 and wrap it around a form, then glue a end cap on. Nothing to it, in about three days you will have two lens. Practice on some scrap clear plex first. It's a lot easier to screw some factory lights on the end.
