I got my aux tank installed this weekend. Now I can carry an extra 6 gals. in the back, so I can fly down to see that grandson without a fuel stop. I made it where I can pull it out real easily so when my wife goes with me she carry lots of stufffff. I used a 6 gal boat tank, now when I go to Bboo this summer I'll put a tank in the passenger seat I can go a really long way before I have to stop. Now I'll have to stop and pee before I have to get fuel................Bob 149 Scope out the new MSN Plus Internet Software optimizes dial-up to the max! ________________________________ Message 4 _____________________________________ Time: 02:37:33 PM PST US From: "Bob Conner" Subject: RE: Tailwind-List: O-O 1-26-04 --> Tailwind-List message posted by: "Bob Conner" Hey Rick it is really looking good. I can't find the e-mail address that you posted awhile back for a supplier, do you have that any place. I have the log book for that engine around here somewhere. for the O-O II, I've chosen a 210 hp Continental IO360D, I think it's a mid '60s model, don't know what it came off of. The engine I've chosen is EIGHTY pounds lighter and has a CG advantage of nearly 6". We are completely rebuilding the engine, just about have it back together. Keep it going, we all are anxious to see her fly. Alex
