It's really low time but has been sitting for 35 years. The engine has been pickled (so I'm told). If I can get a buy it right I'm thinking about getting it and tearing down and look at everything real good. It may have the small valves. Now the big question, if I built a new wing and put an 0-320 in my W-8 what kind of performance increase should I get????????????? Just put tips on it and you should be ready to go. With an 0-320 and the tips, your take off and climb performance will really be improved as well as the cruise. Go for it. At this point I have molds for the wheel pants, spinner and back plate, instrument panel and fuel tanks. I'm working now on a new cowling mold and should be able to provide new parts by the end of Feburary. You simply have got to keep your file size down when you can...... There was no need for 2 megs worth of text... Always try to think about those with dial up access... Takes about 25 minutes to download that last one. BTW, those were perfect examples of what should be sent to "Photo Share".. The aluinum off the wire will fill the regular liner and when it binds up you have to throw the cable away.. A lot expensive to start with two cables than to replace two. The schools have outlawed them for a safety hazard because of the exposed blade . It works fantastic for cutting aluminum ..032 and smaller for all the trim and inspection covers on our airplanes .. I'm sure if you go to your local school and talk to the custodian he could dig up a few ! Usually down for meeting with staff on the RR there. Drive when bad weather or when I carpool with others. It should have been MIG, and it is less expensive to start with 2 liners, one with nylon and the normal one which is coiled steel. The 110 unit have is the Miller Sidekick, which is 20 years old. It does not have the power to weld aluminum, or the capability to switch to AC, but it works real well on steel. JohnD
