Fred; Unfortunately I live in the bankrupt state of Michigan and either you
pay on the value of the parts or the appraised finished project, which in
most cases is two or three times higher. Since 1999, all tax is due with
your state income tax each year, or the penalties add up faster than the
price of the parts. Last year they added some new non taxes which they call
fees, just in case you don't remember to pay the tax. We are still thankful
that they still let use fly here. Started clearing the runway of snow
today, hope to get in the air tomorrow, probably shouldn't use that word ,

Bill, It's going to depend on how you plan to do your
upholstery. The panel was designed to be a very close
fit. You have room as the panel will flex slightly.
Just don't put upholstery under the mounts!

We lost a Tailwind pilot last night. It was Jeff Bath of the Willits CA area,
he just bought the W-10 from Fred that Jim C built, the white and blue one.
He was 51, died of a heart attack in his sleep.
Do what you can while you can, we don't know what tomorrow will bring.
