Since 1999, all tax is due with your state income tax each year, or the penalties add up faster than the price of the parts. Last year they added some new non taxes which they call fees, just in case you don't remember to pay the tax. We are still thankful that they still let use fly here. It was Jeff Bath of the Willits CA area, he just bought the W-10 from Fred that Jim C built, the white and blue one. He was 51, died of a heart attack in his sleep.
