The upper is a reflection off the SS bellypan insert. The bottom of the carb is forward of the outlets. I bought two of them for less than $50 each on eBay, core charge alone is $80 at the parts store. Have used them before and are trouble free, much better than the Honda like I used on your TW. The lever on the side moves the flapper. This has worked in temperatures from -25 F to +95 F.
