Thanks for the pics, Dennis. That's a *really* stout looking mount for
the engine and the nose gear !
If you or anyone on the list has pics of the dynafocal mount for a
taildragger I'd be interested in them as well...
Thanks again !

Jim C., I'm starting to cover the small surfaces bay by bay with Aero Tech as you
show in your pics. Should the fabric connecting opposite ribs be shrunk before
being covered up by the next piece or can you cover the whole thing and just
shrink the outer surfaces?
Thanks, Paul

I saw an ad for the Mid-Atlantic Fly-in in Lumberton, NC. Is this worth the trip?
Is anyone planning to go?

Thanks Jim for the shrink dope.
I found a place that coats headers with high temp ceramic inside and out for 17.50/
ft.

Jim or Paul,
Does ceramic coating create any problems with future welding repairs of
cracks or any alterations that are wanted later on? Any special
procedures required?

Jim, I just repaired one of my ceramic pipes. I sanded off the cracked area
and welded it with a oxy-acetylene torch. It was very difficult to weld, I
think the ceramic from the inside made welding difficult. I did try the mig
welder on part of it and that worked much better. Jim C
