Is that a narrow or wide deck engine? I was told that a narrow deck can't be upgraded to 160hp without a lot of expense. Is this right? What does it take besides the higher compression pistons? Brian Alley <n320wt@yahoo.com> wrote: --> Tailwind-List message posted by: Brian Alley I'm ready to bite the bullet and upgrade to 160 HP on my 0320-A2B. I have .010 over cylinders with 350 hours SOH. I have an IA looking up piston part numbers and will be looking for good prices on pistons new or servicable used. Any good sources would be helpful. Thanks in advance. --> Tailwind-List message posted by: Brian Alley <n320wt@yahoo.com> The 0320-A2B is a wide deck engine. It has the larger front crank bearing and wide rod journals. My AI sent me this link to check out. http://www.lycoming.textron.com/main.jsp?bodyPage=/support/publications/keyReprints/general BRIAN ALLEY (N320WT) CARBON FIBER COMPOSITES 101 Caroline Circle Hurricane, WV 25526 304-562-6800 home How are you going to win by a nose if you don't stick out your neck?
