Don,
Here is a strange thing...N152A is now registered to a Gulfstream
business jet, this is the 4th ex-Tailwind N#
i have come across that is now on a jet.
Jim S. put that in the record book.
PS, didn't Bill Hansen build N152A?
Anyone know the reason the wing failed?

Forgot to mention an item about Tailwind N152A. That was the raffle
airplane at the 1967 Rockford flyin. George and a partner bought it
from the winner and kept it at Waukesha until George took it to CA.
A few years later on the way home from Reno a wing came off and
George and his passenger were killed. I had many rides in that
Tailwind and learned about buzzing trains from George.
