Talk to Sam. They have an adjustable style for adjusting the recepticle for different thickness material. Each one can be optimized when you install it. Go to the site I list in my closing (http://www.matronics.com/subscribe) and it should let you get on the Aero-Electric-List.=A0 It's way down on the bottom of the page. So far, this is the only Sky-Tec that I've had problems with.=A0 However, several other owners fly a whole lot more than I do. Are these listed in Aircraft Spruce? I'm just as anxious as hell to move on to Cowling Update 6.0: First Flight. Today, I got the right recepticles and everything installed, but the studs (the part with the phillips head screw in it that does the latching.) were 1/8 inch too short. So, it's back to Aircraft Spruce tomorrow for new studs. =20 It's very frustrating. Gary www.AuCountry.com Home of "Team Grumman" TeamGrumman-List@matronics.com http://www.matronics.com/subscribe
