If anyone's based in that area and looking for an excuse to get out and fly either for hire or on a shared cost basis my friend might be interested. He's a good guy and would be willing to pay reasonably for the convienience but we're not talking a Gulfstream here either;) Please let me know if you'd be interested. Thanks and happy flying. The problem is they might not have the hardware to mount then. I have heard that the hardware is hard to come by. I bought a set of mains from them six months ago however I supplied the hardware. The following apply: (1) Fuel filler openings must be marked at or near the filler cover with -- (i) The word "fuel"; (ii) For reciprocating engine powered airplanes, the minimum fuel grade; And though I can't find a FAR for it, why not the capacity.... for the line personnel who want to sell more than the tank can take.... Apparently capacity is Legally marked inside the cockpit... (2) For fuel systems having selector controls, the usable fuel capacity available at each selector control position must be indicated near the selector control. If it's engraved, then the stupid sticky label would never peel off.....: ) gil in rainy Tucson... but Tiger in L80....: ( -- the valley fog will end sometime soon....
