The last four planes (Tigers) I've worked on have had the hardware on the
nose fork incorrectly installed. One caused a lot of damage to the strut and
to
the bearings in the nose fork.
Heads up, if you're doing the work yourself, get a manual and put it back
together the way it was designed to be put together.
Also, if you have a mechanic do the work for you, bring a copy of the manual
to him to have him put it back together the way it was designed.

I should have sold the tiger to you instead of that other guy. He paid more
but man was he an ASS-HOLE. I would gladly have given up the few extra
thousand in exchange for never having to have met or dealt with him. He
will probably also let it rot up in the Oregon rain.

Where does he live and what is the N number in case he wants me to do an
annual I will be forewarned.
