Not on the rudder, the A500 replaces the =tailcone= location of the
original white taillight. The references to "Vertical" and
"Horizontal"
refer to the orientation of the =shield= around the lamp to control
its light dispersion, which relates to whether the two mounting ears
of the taillight are "up and down" (vertical) or "side-by-side" which
of course is "horizontal".
The A500, replacing the original white tailight, is mounted facing
=rearward=, not atop the rudder... and it does a GREAT job !
A500-14(H or V) and A500-28(H or V) for 14- or 28-v.
respectively, which refers to the special taillight bulb included.

Oh, ok .... CRS ?? I cannot remember what that is ... ??
<G>
After I saw the photo in the Ad-link, which is =very= misleading,
I wasn't sure. So much talk of "new rudder caps", and lights
to put inside there, ya know... ;-)

CRS
A common old age disease (sometimes affects younger folks too - especially
teenagers...)
CRS = Can't Remember S**t
Can be used to gain sympathy - As in...."Sorry, I suffer from CRS" -
which usually works until you are asked what it is....
gil in Tucson (what was the original subject of the
message???.....)
