Subject: Stab Replacement and Rigging

I'm replacing the right stab on my plane and I'm wondering if I need the
rigging fixtures to rerig the elevator and trim tab once I'm complete. I
checked the maintenance manual and its a little short on the details. I
know that ideally, I'd use the fixtures, but since the only place to get
them is Fletchair, I thought I would see if you can do the job properly
without the rigging fixtures...
Any suggestions
