Gary... just got new plastic step fairings from Fletchair in preparation
for the big paint job...
It seems that the only way these can fit is to unbolt the steps, grind off
the rivets holding on two nutplates, slide the plastic over the steps,
re-install the nutplates, and then re-install the steps.
Is this really correct?? ...if so, what $%
$# designed this portion of
the Tiger??
gil in Tucson 77 Tiger N28478, but will become N12GA after
paint.....
