After spending about 30 minutes a tire first measuring the pressure in each 
tire and then filling them to pressure, I'd like to know if there is any issue

with altering the shape of my brand new wheel covers on n74400 (aka christine)

to cut a small crescent shape on the midddle of the bottom outside of each 
wheel fairing, to permit easier tire inflation. I've seen earlier Cessnas with

this mod (the earlier ones did not have the little doors in the wheel 
fairings.)
Gary, do you know if there are any "gotchas" with this alteration?
