My DG did not show any noticeable precession. I thought I packed it well, but do you think it got damaged in shipment? ...gil A Thanks for the step info... I guess I'll just have to schedule the time to remove the steps... unfortunately, the monsoon season just started here, so it's hot and sticky in the hangar.....: ( >Gary > > ________________________________ Message 3 _____________________________________ Time: 10:39:57 AM PST US From: TeamGrumman@aol.com Subject: Re: TeamGrumman-List: Re: T/B. --> TeamGrumman-List message posted by: TeamGrumman@aol.com In a message dated 7/11/04 9:35:38 AM, gilalex@earthlink.net writes: > I don't fly IFR, but I did use the DG with that T/B next to it. > > My DG did not show any noticeable precession. > > I thought I packed it well, but do you think it got damaged in shipment? > It's hard to say what happened. The DG in my plane isn't all that good anyway and the added vibration from the T&B next to it probably just agravates the problem. You can hear the T&B from about 50 feet. About 15 minutes into the video (in the oil filter section) the video begins to badly pixilate and the sound intermittently drops out. If you have one of these bad videos, please write back with your name and address and I will send you a new copy. My apologies for the problem.
