TG,
Unforcasted storm rolled through last night, and dumped about 14 inches on
us. When the sun came up, my plane was sitting on the tail with a bunch of
snow piled on top. My mechanic said he couldn't tell if it was setting on
the tiedown point or the back edge of the elevator due to the snow being so
deep (gust lock was in). At first glance, everything looks fine, but I
didn't know if there was some sort of inspection that would need to be done
beyond looking for damage on the outside. Anything that I would need to
look out for inside the tailcone perhaps?
Thanks,
Steven Jackson
