Many times the weather will be marine stratus (low overcast) in the morning
at Santa Rosa but clear up by 11 AM or so. You might want to check the
forecast as well as the METAR.

Weather calling for overcast, showers, mountain obscuration over The Sierra
until 11:00 AM so I will be unable to make and "run" the fly-in.
I will be rescheduling for the Spring. Hopefully the C-1A will be flyable
then and Mark can give rides! Will discuss date with Colin Aro, the West Coast

Dang, pushed the button before I finished the message, so here it is again.
Low ceilings, showers and mountain obscuration (which I can see from my
house!) over The Sierra until after 11:00 so my ride and I can't get out of
Reno-Stead (4SD) to make the fly-in to Santa Rosa today, Saturday. Sigh.
Will be rescheduling.
Thanks to all the folks who told me they were coming. Looked like it was
going to be a good turnout.
We'll plan on schedualing another one, perhaps in the Spring. By that time
Mark Montague should be checked out in the C-1A and may be able to give rides.
We'll plan on the restaurant, the van and the museum again.
