Very good question: Yea, I really should do an update on my web site. I wish I had the time. Brina Sandberg brought his plane from Maryland to California to get the first production cowling. It isn't certified yet, still waiting on the Aircraft Certification Office in Long Beach. They have had the project since November. They still haven't even said if they accept or reject the Project Plan. The second production cowling is for a 6-cylinder Tiger. It's 2 1/2 inches longer. That cowling will begin the layup stage next week . . . right after the first cowling is finished. I have the drawings started for new wheel pants. I'll be displaying my plane (with my cowling) in Watsonville in the Experimental section. That should be interesting.
