The Oddessey is a good battery but the one you show does not have nearly th
e amp/hr capacity of a 35 series battery, which is what he is looking at.

http://www.odysseybatteries.com/applications/aircraft.htm
Comes with a FAA approved (for a Piper) hold down....

Here are a couple from the Sabertooth STC. Not very good I'll try and
take some and send you later. It's a very common Cherokee box.

What's the 35 series battery for=3F And where do you want to mount it=3F I co
uld take a photo of the box used on my Bonanza which mounts to the firewall
. Maybe you could find one at a salvage yard. The Bonanza box has a small
air duct for supplying positive cool air flow through the box.

Preferably made of aluminum. I have no experience with battery boxes for
anything but the Grummans. I have seen John Coze's battery box but I don'
t recall what it looked like. I don't know what it came out of. I have se
en a battery box in a Comanche, but again, I don't remember what it looked
like.
