Thanks Gary. I know about Herber, but I seem to recall someone on Team Gru mman or GG, mentioning a source where all you had to do is tell them you ha d an AA5A and they had all the size information to make up the teflon hoses . Maybe it was Herber. I'll give them a call and crosscheck their sizes a gainst what I get from your site.Richard Mutzman N399RM _________________________________________________________________ Now you can invite friends from Facebook and other groups to join you on Wi ndows Live=99 Messenger. Richard ...that would be Precision Hose Technology (PHT) http://www.aircrafthose.com/ They also seem to have the lowest increment for a Teflon hose option - worth the price. gil A At 05:45 6/8/2008, you wrote: >Thanks Gary. The sizes on my site are from repeatedly installing different sizes until th e best size fit. =C2-They are not, in most cases, the size delivered with the plane. =C2- Also, the brake hoses, behind the rudder peddles, could all stand to be 12 i nches and not 11. -----Original Message----- From: Richard Mutzman <rcmutz@msn.com> Sent: Sun, 8 Jun 2008 5:45 am Subject: TeamGrumman-List: Re: Hoses Thanks Gary.=C2- I know about Herber, but I seem to recall someone on Team Grumman or GG, mentioning a source where all you had to do is tell them you had an AA5A and they had all the size information to make up the teflon hos es.=C2- Maybe it was Herber.=C2- I'll give them a call and crosscheck th eir sizes against what I get from your site. there was =C2-30 cent a gallon jump ($5.30 to $5.60) in one day here. =C2 -It's $4.99 in Georgetown. =C2-Diesel is $6.55 a gallon. =C2- I put gas in my Tahoe today: =C2-$91. =C2- =C2-When I bought the Tahoe , it cost $23 to fill it. =C2-It's a good thing my commute is only 1.8 mil es each way. =C2- PS, the last time I put gas in my Tahoe was May 20th. =C2-

Here is a good one. =C2-I started to replace the vacuum filter on a Tiger and the nut would come off (firewall side). =C2-Turns out, since the threa ds had been stripped, the nut was bonded on with permanent lock-tight. =C2 -Then, the clamps on the hoses on the inside were those automotive type cl amps that are locking. =C2-Once installed, they need to be cut off to be r emoved. =C2-This plane also has an in-line filter between the pump and the firewall. =C2-=C2-

Not quite as bad here in Florida yet, but we don't have the same politicians you have (Taxes) out on the left coast. I have been writing and calling my Senator and congressmen (especially the Democrats) and telling them to let the damn Oil Companies drill for oil! Here, none of our politicians will let the oil companies drill offshore (where there is more oil than in Saudi Arabia) while Cuba (with Chinas help) is drilling less than 40 miles off of Key West. Something wrong here....................... Gary, Our Airpark wholesale price quote for a tanker load (about 8500 gallons) jumped 28 cents per gallon in the last two weeks..... and I betting the next quote (Tuesday evening) will have another big jump... When all of the FBOs refill their storage tanks, there is going to be another big jump in 100LL....:^( At least Tucson auto gas princes are not as bad as your numbers.... The TV news said today average regular price was $3.75 here... and we just paid $3.67 tonight with a Fry's supermarket gas discount... gil A At 21:40 6/8/2008, you wrote: >there was =C2 30 cent a gallon jump ($5.30 to >$5.60) in one day here. =C2 It's $4.99 in >Georgetown. =C2 Diesel is $6.55 a gallon. =C2 > >I put gas in my Tahoe today: =C2 $91. =C2 =C2 When I >bought the Tahoe, it cost $23 to fill it. =C2 It's >a good thing my commute is only 1.8 miles each way. =C2 > >PS, the last time I put gas in my Tahoe was May 20th. =C2
