What a shame that people have to plead to not be flamed.

Cal=2C there are several choices I know of but not in your immediate area.
I was using Shearer Aviation (9D4) for a few years until I located Cecil Ae
ro (58M) which is closer to my home base. Jay Shearer is a good no BS mecha
nic who will treat you well. Roger Robinson at Cecil Aero is an excellent c
hoice as well but may be further than you want to travel. Either will allow
to assist as much or as little as you wish should you desire that type of
work. There is a Grumman shop at Donegal Springs (N71) who did some nice wo
rk on a windshield and canopy for me but there were some investigations by
the OIG ongoing while I was there (unknown to me until later). I'll not go
into any details here but they will never touch my plane again.

This problem is one of my biggest being a small parts supplier. I try
and keep a varied number of different size boxes, but regularly find I
have to use two to make one. My wife says if I charged for my time in
packaging it would probably work out on average 1hours labour per box.

Why not just sandwich the overlay between two sheets of heavy cardboard
and tape the 4 edges??? Am I missing something??? For good cardboard
go to an appliance store and ask for some refrigerator boxes.
