I'm still waiting on the DER to get off his ass and finish the paperwork.

Hey Gary,
Why don't you contact the FAA and see about getting a DER? You have the
resume and experience for it, at least for a powerplant / propulsion
DER. Then you could sign off your own B1E STC!

FAA management but no application. Is this the right link?
Dad was a DER and he told me that he just did an oral review by the
people he was acquainted with at the FAA and recieved the designation
