    Subject: Consideration
    > Steve Roberts said: > "Just be glad he doesn't find the need to delete users or posts for > lack of > Grumman worthiness=2C like another list... =3B) " In my first post I was trying to make people aware that by always "just responding" it can make it very difficult to read. Now we see it isn't just me. And why should I just be glad? Glad that I cant follow the thread at all? I never even thought that posts should be deleted because of anything. More I thought that users could use a bit of consideration when they realize how difficult it makes it for others on the list. After all it takes just a few seconds to copy out the quote that is relevant. Not doing so is just plain laziness. > "I just read an email and respond. =C2-" That is his problem. Take the time to be considerate when you realize that it makes it unusable for others. But as we see he has no consideration and I believe a large stubborn streak in him. Even in his last response he replied with the entire message in a thread where it was being discussed how it makes it difficult for others to read when you do just such. My opinion is he did it to be a stubborn ass .... but maybe not.... maybe he is just that obliviously inconsiderate. As did you too.

    # Just be glad he doesn't find the need to delete users or posts # for lack of Grumman worthiness=2C like another list... =3B) I do appreciate that, having been Gang-banned (not my phrase, but I like it). # I don't know what "quoted printable" MIME is. =C2-It that # specific to any computer or website or ???? It's an option on whatever program you use to send email. I suppose there's an advantage but I don't know what it is. This will make some folks nauseous, but I use Outlook Express. It's simiple and it works. "Quoted printable" is their default for plain text. To turn it off, I did this: Menu: Tools >> Options "Send" tab then, .... There are buttons for HTML Settings and Plain Text Settings in the lower half of the dialog. On each of them I selected NONE in the box for "Encode text using..." Other email programs have similar setups.
