Faster service is available (FedEx, Purolator) if you want it. But which charts? NavCanada's diagram shows where the charts are, but it's hard to tell the exact coverage. So I made a diagram of my own, and put it here: http://newlangsyne.com/etc/CanChartOverlay.gif The graphic quality is poor but the information is there.
