Not that I am aware of. A quick Google search did not turn up anything
either. As in the US, smaller airports usually beat the bigger ones on
price.

BTW do have another copy of the Canada Flight Supplement, maybe more recent
than the 2 year old one I got from you last September than I could get? I'd
