Some background: =C2-All new circuit breakers, new master switch, new ba ttery and master relays, most wiring replaced, new Plane-Power alternator, and Zeftronics 15V00 regulator (I also installed an overvoltage idiot lig ht next to the Mitchell ammeter gauge). Now, I know the PP alternator is too long for the space allowed, so, durin g the installation, I used a hole saw to cut a hole behind the alternator and covered the hole from behind with baffle seal material. =C2- I had him check the light on the 15V00, after resetting the breaker, and it behaved as advertised. =C2-He flew it back home, a 3 hour (tour) fli ght. =C2-No problems. So, =C2-any ideas? =C2-Why would he get an overvoltage? =C2-Bob, you 're the electric expert, I expect to hear from you. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Other Matronics Email List Services ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Post A New Message teamgrumman-list@matronics.com UN/SUBSCRIBE http://www.matronics.com/subscription List FAQ http://www.matronics.com/FAQ/TeamGrumman-List.htm Web Forum Interface To Lists http://forums.matronics.com Matronics List Wiki http://wiki.matronics.com Full Archive Search Engine http://www.matronics.com/search 7-Day List Browse http://www.matronics.com/browse/teamgrumman-list Browse Digests http://www.matronics.com/digest/teamgrumman-list Browse Other Lists http://www.matronics.com/browse Live Online Chat! http://www.matronics.com/chat Archive Downloading http://www.matronics.com/archives Photo Share http://www.matronics.com/photoshare Other Email Lists http://www.matronics.com/emaillists Contributions http://www.matronics.com/contribution ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- These Email List Services are sponsored solely by Matronics and through the generous Contributions of its members.
