Where can I buy the plastic and headliner.

The headliner is fabric from AirTex. The plastic is from Fletcher. I eliminate
the center section and I have a fiberglass fabricated cutout for the latch arm.
It isn't cheap, but it looks good.

The factory doesn't actually use a fuel flow. They use fuel pressure to es
