Combined, probably about 2 kts as I recall and it doesn't cost much to do.
The flush beacon cap is primarily a cosmetic mod and you have decide if you
are happy without having a step to get up on the wing. All of these "small"
drag reduction things are cumulative and can add up to significant gains.
