    You can't do either one because of moving the CG to far forward. Ken Blackman already proved this years ago with a Cheetah engine mount and cowl on a 2 place airplane! About the best you could hope for would be a 2.5" prop spacer and CS prop with the stock engine mount on an AA-1C.
