I replaced the landing light on 626FT today. I have just two words: Mickey Mouse.
And, I'm not talking about the plastic landing light that could be made in the
U.S.A. for about $3 and in China for about 30 cents. I'm talking about the way
it's mounted.

The first pic is the AA1 with a drooped leading edge.
The second pic is the Grumman airfoil (64-415 Mod) rotated +1 degree compared to
a Clark Y at 14% thickness.
I'd say, that for all practical purposes, the behavior of a Clark Y is about the
same as the airfoil used on a Grumman.

At first look, it looks like a HORTON Wing Cuff. Then there are the
strakes.
VERY INTERESTING!
Is there an under-camber to the leading edge?
