I've been installing flush screws on my AG5B inspection covers. Only got 2 d one so far. Have to drill out the nut plates, dimple the rivet and screw hol es in the wing skin and install countersunk nutplates. Makes for a smooth sk in that's easier to wax..... What's with the countersunk tinnerman washers? On ly got 2 done so far. Have to drill out the nut plates, dimple the rivet an d screw holes in the wing skin and install countersunk nutplates. It was 2 to 3 knots slower than the stock cowling. I tried a bottom that looks like a Piper Malibu too. It is draggy also.
