Great news! I received the following email from Lo Presti's........
Carol,
Looks like our lens guy here had a problem with a lens fit up on a Piper
Arrow customer that had to have his lens undrilled and untrimmed for some
reason. Those instructions were interpreted to be =93all lens=94 not jus
t
that one lens for that one customer.
Our shop manager is currently walking your new lens through our QA
department so we can ship in the morning and also fixing this situation for
all of our other lens customers too.
Sorry for the screw up and I will have my shipping department send you a
free bottle of our SpeedCoat for your plane too.
Woohoo.....isn't this great???? I don't have it yet, but it looks like the
situation is on a great path! I want to thank RJ for jumping on this so
quick and getting results!
